Placement Fees
All Services except for HB Hotel Sitters require a $75 Non-refundable Yearly Registration fee which entitles client to one year of access to all services.
Long Term Full Time or Part Time Placements (4 months or more) - Contract
Agency Fee: $1200
- If, for any reason whatsoever, Client is dissatisfied with Candidate whom Client elected to hire, and advises Agency within 48 hours, Agency will replace the Candidate at no charge.
- Within 3-60 days Client will receive a credit towards one future search of seventy five (75%) percent of the original fee paid.
- Within 61-120 days Client will receive a credit towards one future search of fifty (50%) percent of the placement fee paid.
- Within 121-365 days Client will receive a credit towards one future search of fifty (25%) percent of the placement fee paid.
Temporary Full Time or Part Time Placements (5 days - 12 weeks) - Contract
Agency Fee: $125/week HomeBuddy is needed
Placements for 4 days or less will be under the HB Sitters or Domestic Services Fees.
- If, for any reason whatsoever, Client is dissatisfied with Candidate whom Client elected to hire, and advises Agency within 48 hours, Agency will replace the Candidate at no charge.
- Within 30 days OR 1/2 the length of the temporary position as set forth in the Work Agreement (whichever is greater). Client will receive a credit towards one future search of twenty five percent of the original fee paid.
Placements for 4 days or less will be under the HB Sitters or Domestic Services Fees
HB Sitters In-Home Rates - Plus $5 transportation fee and any applicable parking costs to be paid directly to HB Sitter - Contract

Overnight/24 Hour Care Rates - (4 days or less)
Agency Fee: $50/day HomeBuddy is needed
Sitter's hourly rate will be negotiated with sitter.
